TorBots News

Hello everyone! Build season is well under way, with only two weeks left, and TorBots as well as other FRC teams around the world are hard at work completing their robots for competition. The team members are undergoing an amazing process unlike anything they can experience anywhere else.  We are all full of anxiety over the month gone by and the two weeks to go before our hopes and dreams have to be packed away into a plastic bag and sealed until regional competition time. But until then, there is a lot of work to do. Whether you're a student or parent; if you haven't been in the shop recently, drop by to check out the action. Make these last two weeks count!

Mark your calendars--regionals are fast approaching. TorBots will be attending the Los Angeles and Madera regionals. The Los Angeles regional will be taking place over the span of three days (March 15th, 16th, and 17th). Please take into account that if your student plans to attend all three days, they will be missing two days of school. The Madera regional is three weeks later, spanning April 5th to 7th. The team will be departing Wednesday afternoon to arrive on time. If you are interested in attending the Madera regional, please be at the shop for an informational meeting this Sunday, February 12th. Even if you can only go to one day of a regional, it will be a day you will never forget. Don't miss out!

To wrap up, we would like to thank all of our sponsors. If it was not for this support, this amazing opportunity would be impossible for our members to have; you make this possible. You are the wind beneath our wings--thank you so much for all you do for us!

(Just a precaution) Don't do drugs either inside or out side of the shop, it is a harm to you, and those around you.
